Promise of Light is being designed as a medically supportive transitional home for children in foster care.
Our focus is on children with complex medical needs who may be ready to leave the hospital or another high-support setting, but still need consistent caregiving, medication routines, appointment coordination, nutrition support, equipment support, and careful transition planning before moving into a family-based placement.
We are building Promise of Light as a bridge — not a destination. Our goal is to help children stabilize, grow, remain connected to family when safe, and prepare for reunification, kinship care, adoption, or traditional foster care.
