Establishing our C-Corp and affiliated real estate entity, investor documentation, and QSBS-compliant agreements. Estimated Cost: $9,000-$18,000
Architectural & Engineering Design
Designing an 8,000 sq. ft. facility with 16 child bedrooms, 24-hour care capacity, classrooms, and accessible living spaces. Estimated Cost: $48,800
Land Prep & Preconstruction
Surveying, replatting, permitting, civil engineering, and infrastructure development on our privately held land in Montgomery County, Texas. Estimated Cost: $6,500–$9,500
Project Contingencies & Operational Launch
Covering early operational and administrative costs to remain nimble and responsive throughout this phase. Estimated Cost: $20,000–$40,000

This initial raise will take Promise of Light from concept to construction-ready. Once this milestone is complete, we’ll move forward with full-scale facility development — a project estimated between $2M–$4M in total.
